Communications & Content Specialist – Internal Comms

About the role

This position supports a leading global bank in shaping internal communication strategies. You will create and manage a range of content, from written memos to multimedia assets, ensuring clear and engaging messaging across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce strategic communication deliverables such as memos, presentations, fact sheets, and newsletters for internal and external audiences.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos and social media assets, to convey key messages.
• Maintain and update internal communication platforms, including the intranet and regular newsletters.
• Support media monitoring, analysis, and vendor management for media relations.
• Coordinate logistics and creative design for senior visits, town halls, and global campaign activations.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, approvals, and audit requirements, and maintain accurate records for reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in communications, content creation, or journalism within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of traditional and social media landscapes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
