About the role
The Community Care Executive will design and deliver programmes for seniors, lead physical activity sessions, and support the centre’s administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Curate, conduct, evaluate and review appropriate programmes and activities for seniors.
- Lead physical activities, instruct motion exercises, mobility training and strength conditioning.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑program functionality assessments and take vital signs.
- Record attendance, register new seniors and produce programme materials.
- Engage seniors, develop supportive relationships and assist with community outreach.
- Support the Centre Lead with budgeting, KPI monitoring, grant submissions and volunteer coordination.
Required profile
- Open to candidates with no prior experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in G‑suite is an advantage.
