Community Dietitian (Junior / Senior)

About the role

SingHealth Regional Health System is looking for a passionate and dedicated dietitian to work as a Community Dietitian. The role makes an impact on population health through integrated community care, delivering dietetic services to diverse community groups while working with healthcare professionals and community partners. It also involves developing, implementing and evaluating community nutrition programmes, and supporting national health initiatives such as Healthier SG and EatWise SG.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised nutrition care and education to patients in community hospitals and residents in the community
• Take part in team-based care delivery
• Design and run community health workshops and outreach programmes
• Create self-management resources for residents
• Implement digital-first nutrition care through virtual consultations and digital empowerment
• Contribute to population health research and quality improvement initiatives
• Work closely with primary care providers, community nurses and other health professionals
• Support the implementation of community initiatives within SingHealth Regional Health System

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in community nutrition or population health preferred
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is advantageous
