Community Lead

About the role

The Flexi Group is seeking an entrepreneurial and personable Community Lead to drive member experience, community events and sales activities across its flexible workspace locations. You will work closely with location and operations managers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and foster a vibrant professional community.

Key responsibilities

• Handle basic finance tasks such as petty cash, invoicing and receipt of payments, and manage inventory of admin and pantry supplies.
• Develop relationships with members, understand their needs, and deliver a personalised, high‑quality experience, including move‑in/out support and issue resolution.
• Lead sales activities: generate leads, conduct tours, negotiate membership packages and private events to meet sales targets.
• Create and execute community‑focused events, manage partnerships, and maintain social media channels with engaging content.
• Collaborate with the New Projects team on space maintenance and improvements based on member feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in sales, events or coworking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; personable and solution‑oriented.
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• University degree is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and good business acumen.
• Prior experience in coworking, real estate or startup environments is a plus.
