About the role
The Manager, Compensation & Benefits will lead the design, implementation and governance of compensation, benefits and payroll processes for KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore. Reporting to the Senior HR Director, this senior HR professional will oversee a team of Payroll Executives and partner with HR, Finance and Operations to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s compensation and benefits framework, including salary reviews, bonuses and rewards.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis and support manpower budgeting.
- Lead payroll governance, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations and statutory compliance (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
- Oversee Progressive Wage Model (PWM) implementation and compliance across applicable workforce groups.
- Drive HR systems optimisation, develop dashboards, reports and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Partner with HR and Operations leaders on workforce planning, attraction and retention strategies.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business, Accountancy or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, payroll governance and workforce analytics.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and PWM requirements.
