Computer Software Engineer – Big Data Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Computer Software Engineer to design, build and maintain large‑scale big data infrastructure. You will work on a variety of storage and processing technologies, ensuring reliability and performance for critical data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain big data systems such as HDFS, HBase, ElasticSearch, Doris, RocksDB and ClickHouse.
• Design and develop automation tools to manage large‑scale data platforms efficiently.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to performance and system failures.
• Collaborate with application development teams to improve system reliability and support troubleshooting.
• Participate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation and respond to incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking and computer architecture.
• Experience with at least one backend programming language such as Python, Golang or Java.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and networking is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
