Conference Services Manager

About the role

As Conference Services Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, you will be the key link between clients and the hotel, turning event plans into seamless, memorable experiences. You will own the planning and coordination of everything from executive meetings and conferences to social celebrations and bespoke events, working closely with clients and across Catering, Food & Beverage, Culinary and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end conference servicing journey, from event handover and planning through execution and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong client relationships and hold planning meetings, site inspections and pre-event discussions.
• Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure event information is accurate and communicated to all teams.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office and others, and lead event briefings covering timelines, VIP details and special arrangements.
• Be present at events to resolve challenges in real time, anticipate needs and handle last-minute changes.
• Follow up with clients, gather feedback and maintain accurate event records and schedules.
• Support the team in improving processes and strengthening future business partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Events, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in Conference Services, Catering, Banquets, Events or luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event planning and conference operations.
• Proactive, ownership-driven and able to anticipate needs.

Required skills

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple events and priorities.
• Confident communication and cross-departmental coordination.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility for weekends and public holidays.
