About the role

We are seeking a Construction Foreman to lead daily equipment inspections and maintenance across our sites in Singapore. The role involves overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and managing resources to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Lead systematic daily inspections of heavy machinery, vehicles and tools to detect wear and tear.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues and direct repair activities.
Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and maintain accurate inspection logs for regulatory purposes.
Supervise a crew of technicians/mechanics, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
Monitor spare‑parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to secure necessary supplies.
