Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead building and warehousing projects for MS General Construction. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage cost control, project documentation and schedule adherence.
• Direct construction planning and liaise with subcontractors, clients and consultants.
• Ensure works progress smoothly, meet quality expectations and comply with ISO, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of project staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building or warehouse construction.
• Dynamic, motivated personality with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership capability to manage a project team.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
