About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead general building projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage building construction projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical and construction issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee design coordination, shop‑drawing submissions, material approvals, and obtain necessary authority clearances.

Required profile

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related discipline recognised by the BCA Singapore.
