Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – General Building

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead general building projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project activities including cost control, scheduling, staff development and site safety.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting and resource allocation for each project.
• Monitor and submit all required documentation to authorities, securing permits and certifications.
• Lead regular status meetings with stakeholders and ensure effective communication among all parties.
• Ensure construction activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations through site inspections.
• Drive projects to completion on schedule, within budget and meeting quality expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing general building projects for main contractors.
• Strong ability to lead and develop project teams.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of local authority approval processes and construction regulations.
