Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our renovation and construction teams across Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the workforce.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and monitoring progress.
• Oversee, coach and mentor employees to maximise productivity.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards on all sites.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, and stand for prolonged periods as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within construction or renovation.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
• Willingness to work longer hours and weekends.
