Construction Supervisor & General Foreman

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Supervisor & General Foreman to lead daily site operations at our Singapore project. The role involves coordinating with planners, managing workers, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise site activities, updating daily work status for the Planner.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and work closely with the Planner on future activities.
• Manage daily tasks efficiently, monitor work logs of all assigned subordinates, and schedule overtime when needed.
• Enforce company and government safety regulations strictly.
• Requisition materials and stock replacement parts to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in proper working order.
• Oversee on‑the‑job training of probationary workers.

Required profile

• Experience in site planning and supervision within the construction industry.
• Ability to coordinate with planners and lead a team of workers.
• Strong understanding of safety policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Capability to manage material requisition and equipment maintenance.
