Construction Supervisor

About the role
You will lead and coordinate construction workers on-site, assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues. The role works closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and meet project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to construction workers and monitor their progress to meet project timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers on-site to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work activities with project goals.
- Address and resolve worker issues promptly, including direct communication at dormitories when necessary.
Required profile
- Experience supervising foreign workers to enhance team management and communication.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
