Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will coordinate daily site activities, ensuring that projects progress on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor crew attendance.
• Allocate daily responsibilities and supervise workers and tradespeople.
• Ensure adequate manpower, resources, and equipment are available.
• Guarantee compliance with safety precautions and quality standards.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor expenditure to stay within budget.
• Resolve problems as they arise and report progress to managers and engineers.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Willingness to work six days a week and provide 24/7 support when needed.
