Construction Supervisor – Scaffold & Safety Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead scaffold erection, maintenance and safety operations for turbine projects at our Singapore site. The role involves hands‑on work, coordination with safety personnel and mentoring of field staff.

Key responsibilities

• Examine specifications and determine dimensions for structures.
• Measure, mark and cut boards, timbers and plywood using power saws.
• Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolds, guard rails, ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms and gangways for turbine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
• Work with safety personnel to implement risk and safety assessments and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Move machinery and equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls and trucks.
• Load, transport and unload scaffolding materials, tools and supplies.
• Coach and develop team members, identifying training needs.
• Travel to project sites and work holidays, weekends and overtime as required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Ability to travel to project locations.
• Strong coaching and mentoring mindset.

Required skills

• Scaffold erection and dismantling.
• Power saw operation.
