Consultant - Workforce Transformation

About the role

Infosys is looking for a high-performing Consultant to support a large-scale data migration and transformation program. The role focuses on business stakeholder management, communication, programme management and governance, and change enablement, bridging technology transformation and business adoption so that initiatives are accepted and adopted.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and manage stakeholders across business units and geographies, and drive their alignment and readiness on key milestones
• Facilitate focus groups, briefings and checkpoints to ensure business readiness
• Develop and run targeted communications, create materials such as board decks, FAQs, dashboards and readiness updates, and adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain governance structures and artefacts including RAID logs, decision registers, dependency trackers and dashboards
• Support governance meetings by preparing materials, capturing decisions and follow-ups, and track milestones, critical paths and delivery commitments
• Help create and maintain integrated programme plans across technical and business teams

Required profile

• 2-4 years in consulting, preferably in OCM, Workforce Transformation, Governance and Project Management
• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementation (ERP, cloud, data centre migration)
• Proven stakeholder management and communication experience in complex programs
• Highly preferred: exposure to data migration and system cutover events, running migrations as part of a command center
• Nice to have: experience in large-scale IT, cloud or data centre transformation programs, and Korean language proficiency
