About the role
Roland Berger, a leading global strategy consultancy founded in 1967, offers a 6-month Consulting Analyst Program in its Singapore office. The program immerses participants in active projects within a supportive, multifaceted team and leads to a conversion opportunity into full-time consulting roles such as Consulting Analyst or Junior Consultant.
Required profile
- Bachelor, Master or MBA graduate with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internships with strategy-related tasks and experience in an international setting are advantageous.
- Excellent English and good command of a local language are prerequisites.
Required skills
- Analytical thinking combined with the use of digital tools.
- Enthusiasm for innovative, AI-based solutions and the ability to apply new technologies and data skills to complex issues.
