Consulting Services Project Manager

About the role

Epicor is seeking a Consulting Services Project Manager to lead client engagements from inception through installation. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all project activities and client engagements.
• Prepare and manage core project deliverables such as Project Plans, Change Requests, and Project Lists.
• Maintain overall control of schedule, resources, budget, and scope.
• Ensure work products align with approved requirements and certify resource and funding availability.
• Conduct weekly status calls, respond to client inquiries promptly, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage ad‑hoc or medium‑sized projects.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, project‑management and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑centric, results‑oriented self‑starter capable of independent work.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, including virtual presentations.
• Ability to manage expectations and build solid relationships at the management level.
• Willingness to work on‑site with clients periodically and travel up to 35%.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience; 2 years project‑management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification preferred.
