Consulting Trainee (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

ABeam Consulting is looking for a motivated Consulting Trainee to join its SAP SuccessFactors training program. You will receive hands‑on experience across core SuccessFactors modules, learning how to configure, implement and support HR processes on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System and Compensation.
• Configure Metadata Framework (MDF) objects, workflows, business rules and event triggers.
• Perform sandbox exercises, HR transaction simulations and data validation scenarios.
• Assist in platform maintenance tasks, user provisioning and basic system integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Collaborate with functional teams, receive coaching and provide feedback on configuration quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud‑based HR solutions.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a team environment and follow clean‑core principles.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation).
• Metadata Framework (MDF) configuration.
• Workflow design and business rule creation.
• SAP AI tools, including SAP Joule AI.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integrations.
