Content & Communications Manager

About the role

WorkWell Leaders is seeking a full‑time remote Manager, Content & Communications to shape and amplify its voice on leader and organisational wellbeing. You will translate research‑based insights into clear, compelling communications for members and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that turns the Impact Measure and IMPACT Framework into executive‑ready narratives.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across website, newsletters, social media, event materials and member communications.
• Produce regular member newsletters, monthly insights, event invitations and onboarding communications.
• Capture member spotlights, case studies and award stories, turning them into learning assets.
• Support the Executive Director in thought‑leadership positioning and community amplification.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content strategy, storytelling and communications, preferably within wellbeing, leadership or non‑profit sectors.
• Strong ability to distil complex research into accessible, evidence‑based messaging.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to narrative consistency.
