Content Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to lead the development and management of our financial news ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of editorial, product and data teams to deliver timely, high‑impact investment insights to a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the financial news ecosystem, acting as editorial lead to respond rapidly to market trends.
• Leverage generative AI and new sourcing channels to expand coverage, increase production speed and keep content ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with Product and Algorithm teams to refine recommendation logic, optimise user pathways and drive engagement and conversion metrics.
• Productise content workflows and use data to influence algorithmic and product features.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial content operations, editing or news curation.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets.
• Experience productising content workflows and applying data to product features.
• Global mindset with familiarity of international audience habits.
• Self‑driven, innovative and comfortable working flexible hours to match global market windows.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
