Content Producer

About the role

Big 3 Media, a creative video production house in Singapore, is seeking a Content Producer to join its growing team. You will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling visual stories, working closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the production lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop content concepts, translating them into scripts, storyboards or shot lists.
• Manage pre‑production tasks such as casting, location scouting, art direction, wardrobe selection, call sheets and shooting schedules.
• Operate cameras and audio/video equipment on‑location, lead shoots and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure footage meets the creative vision.
• Oversee post‑production by briefing editors, reviewing edits and ensuring final output aligns with project goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, handling logistics, permits, equipment bookings and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Camera operation and handling of audio/video equipment.
• Basic video editing knowledge.
