Contract Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

Join a leading engineering and construction firm that delivers large‑scale industrial projects such as semiconductor facilities and data centres. As a Contract Manager you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction contracts, ensuring commercial and legal compliance while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prepare and administer construction contracts, tenders, consultancy agreements and sub‑contracts.
• Support contract negotiations and provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks throughout project execution.
• Manage contract documentation, claims, variations and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with project, legal and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain contract records, templates and internal processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, quantity surveying or commercial functions within the construction industry.
• Experience on industrial projects such as semiconductor plants, data centres or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, SIA, PSSCOC or similar) and contract administration.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
