Contracts Operations Manager

About the role

The Contracts Operations Manager for Asia Pacific will support the Airbus Contracts team in Singapore, assisting Contracts Directors with the preparation and negotiation of aircraft sale transactions across the region. This role combines strategic commercial insight with hands‑on contract drafting and coordination of cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support Contracts Directors in leading multifunctional teams that negotiate all aspects of Airbus aircraft sales in Asia‑Pacific.
• Contribute to the definition of commercial strategy and business rationales.
• Draft and amend sales contract documents (proposals, LOIs, MoUs, purchase agreements, lease agreements, etc.) under guidance.
• Ensure contractual risks and obligations align with negotiated terms and are acceptable to Airbus.
• Secure internal stakeholder alignment, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain proper filing of contractual documents.
• Produce and update contract summaries, key performance indicators, and regular reporting.
• Prepare contributions for weekly operation reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience driving commercial, strategic, or analytical operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with proficiency in calculation and analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle pressure, and engage proactively.
• Solid team player with effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Clear, persuasive argumentation and a rigorous approach.
• Agility to operate in a diverse, multicultural environment.
