Contracts QS Manager

About the role

The Contracts QS Manager will support the Managing Director in handling quotations, tender documentation, and contract administration for both local and overseas projects. This senior‑executive position involves close collaboration with project managers, main contractors, and clients to ensure smooth contract execution and financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Managing Director to respond to client quotations and manage pre‑tender documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate tender responses, attend tender meetings, and support award processes.
• Draft contract documents, oversee contract administration, and review commercial terms with clients and sub‑contractors.
• Assist project managers in monthly progress payment claims and variation order preparation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of work alterations, design changes, and claim negotiations.
• Prepare budgets, cash‑flow projections, and monitor project costs in conjunction with finance and project teams.
• Negotiate sub‑contractor packages and draft agreement letters.
• Analyse scope of work against architectural and shop drawings for effective contract administration.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering (Civil) or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil works, preferably with QS or contracts background.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver analytical insights.
• Immediate availability or short‑notice start.
