Core Ops Account Implementation Support Analyst Lead

About the role

This Core Operations Lead Analyst shapes and leads the operational delivery of institutional separate accounts (SA), particularly across Singapore. The role combines deep investment operations expertise with project management and a strategic mindset, acting as the central IO lead and primary Core Ops contact for Asia SA client custodians and intermediaries. It involves leading complex, cross-functional projects and some limited operational production work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production oversight and operational launch activities for institutional separate accounts, including custodian onboarding and readiness.
• Act as a primary Core Ops contact for SA custodians, coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving complex, first-time situations.
• Support servicing operations and issue triage in partnership with client-facing teams.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team, optimise workload allocation, and close team skill gaps.
• Lead cross-departmental projects on process improvement, automation and scalability, and act as product owner for new business capabilities.
• Champion continuous improvement, citizen development and managing with data initiatives.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in account implementation and account onboarding; fixed income and derivatives experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and to manage ambiguity.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
