Corp. Treasury Manager (Capital Management) - 12-Month Contract

About the role

A leading international banking institution is looking for a capital management professional to join its capital planning, forecasting and regulatory management activities. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, complex capital adequacy frameworks, regulatory initiatives and strategic balance sheet management in a highly regulated environment. It is a 12-month contract based in Singapore, with work from home or hybrid arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capital planning, ICAAP, forecasting and regulatory reporting
• Drive capital analytics, stress testing and strategic decision support
• Support capital planning and management to maintain capital adequacy and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and analyse capital position reports for senior management and key stakeholders
• Conduct capital forecasting, stress testing and scenario analysis under varying business and economic conditions
• Develop and enhance capital models, methodologies and analytical frameworks
• Contribute to the preparation and continuous development of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their implications on capital requirements and reporting obligations
• Drive process improvements through automation, data quality enhancement and stronger reporting governance

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or a related discipline
• Experience in banking, treasury, finance, risk or capital management functions
• Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, capital adequacy requirements and risk-weighted assets (RWA)
• Proven experience in capital forecasting, stress testing, scenario analysis or capital modelling
• Exposure to ICAAP, capital planning exercises or regulatory reporting environments
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail

• Salary of SG$8,000 to SG$10,000 per month (SG$96,000 to SG$120,000 per year)
