Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to shape and deliver high‑impact internal and external communication strategies across its fast‑growing omni‑channel business in the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, executive talking points, key messages and corporate collateral with flawless English.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media, managing proactive PR and profiling opportunities.
• Create compelling presentation decks and short‑form digital/social content (reels, video assets) for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Oversee corporate projects, internal activations and events from conception to execution.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align messaging and provide communication support.
• Leverage AI and content tools (Canva, CapCut, Slido, Mentimeter, Headliner, Gemini) to boost productivity and creativity.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of corporate communications experience gained within an agency and/or multinational corporation.
• Regional experience in Southeast Asia is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field.
• Impeccable written and spoken English, highly discreet and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Existing local or regional media connections are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital and AI content creation tools: Canva, CapCut, Slido, Mentimeter, Headliner, Gemini.
