Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to run communications initiatives that support its business strategy and nurture a distinctive PRU culture among employees and its Financial Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create highly sharable content for internal platforms, including articles, posts, videos and photos, and manage an editorial calendar
• Review and edit internal communications produced by other departments
• Develop corporate content such as presentation decks and speeches
• Work with business units on regular employee and Agency updates
• Help organise key corporate initiatives such as employee and Agency townhalls, visits from regional, global and government stakeholders and other major events

Required profile

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of corporate communications experience
• Preferably a degree in communications, journalism or a related field
• Strong command of English
• Excellent writer and good visual storyteller with experience creating video content and designing presentations
• Hands-on experience with publishing tools
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and works confidently with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
