Corporate Development Manager – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

ComfortDelGro is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to support its Autonomous Vehicles (AV) strategy. You will work closely with the Vice President and senior members of the Corporate Development team, contributing to global strategy projects, new‑business ventures and AV pilot programmes across the group’s seven‑country footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AV opportunities by analysing regulatory, commercial and competitive developments, as well as ecosystem trends.
• Develop strategic frameworks and commercial assessments to define viable entry approaches, positioning within the AV value chain and scaling pathways.
• Build and stress‑test financial models, unit economics and scenario analyses for AV pilots and longer‑term deployments.
• Support planning and execution of AV pilots, ensuring alignment across business units and monitoring risks, dependencies and performance indicators.
• Assist in evaluating and coordinating technology, OEM and ecosystem partnerships, facilitating collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare management materials, dashboards and consolidated updates for governance and leadership forums.
