Corporate Office Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Corporate Office Designer to shape innovative workplace environments for our corporate clients. You will translate design concepts into detailed plans, visualisations, and specifications that support functional, ergonomic, and sustainable office solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop workplace concepts, space‑planning layouts, and design proposals for corporate office projects.
• Create concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, renderings, and other presentation materials.
• Design and customise solutions such as demountable partitions, phone booths, acoustic systems, workstations, meeting spaces, collaborative areas, cabinetry, and office furniture.
• Research emerging workplace trends, materials, and products to enrich the company’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop new products and improve existing solutions.
• Prepare product specifications, material selections, technical drawings, and design documentation ensuring functionality, ergonomics, sustainability, and manufacturability.
• Coordinate with project, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure design intent is realised.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, workshops, site visits, and tender submissions.
• Maintain the product library, design standards, and workplace solution database.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience in workplace, commercial, corporate office, or interior fit‑out design.
• Strong understanding of space planning, workplace ergonomics, office furniture systems, materials, and construction detailing.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit or other relevant design software.
