Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through effective client engagement and order management. The role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and prepare accurate sales quotations.
• Follow up on orders, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with factories, suppliers, and subcontractors for sampling, sourcing, and production coordination.
• Manage order flow to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email to address queries and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits.
• Address customer concerns swiftly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for client and factory communication.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with effective time‑management and independent work capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills for a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
