Corporate Services Director

About the role

The Corporate Services Director joins a client's global investor services group and leads the corporate services team responsible for client relationship management, strategic initiatives and service delivery. The role reports to senior leadership and is central to positioning the company as a trusted partner in a collaborative and inclusive corporate culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive long-term client retention and deliver tailored solutions, collaborating across functions to use global resources.
• Manage proposal development, stakeholder communication and prospect activity records.
• Lead the development of a prospect-specific value proposition that differentiates the company in a competitive market.
• Manage cross-functional teams preparing proposals and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, aligning strategies to meet client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of prospect activities and engagement through CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven success in a senior leadership role within financial services, private equity or asset management, with a track record of strategic growth and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive business initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the financial services sector and client engagement strategies.
• Right to work in the specified location on-site.
