Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Corporate Trainer, Learning Specialist, and Performance Coach to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee skills and performance. You will partner with department leaders to identify learning needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver workshops, training sessions, and learning materials for staff.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assess training needs using performance evaluations, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate both in‑person and virtual learning sessions across multiple departments.
• Provide coaching and performance‑improvement guidance to individuals and teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Support leadership development, employee engagement, and career‑growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging training content.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience in corporate training, learning & development, coaching, or talent development is preferred.
