About the role

Vertical Institute is seeking a motivated Corporate Training Consultant to join its fast‑growing AI education team in Singapore. This entry‑level, sales‑driven position focuses on outbound outreach to businesses, helping them enrol in high‑impact technology courses.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective businesses and promote AI‑focused training programmes.
• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable course pathway.
• Follow up warm leads via CRM, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily talk‑time targets and monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the Telesales Manager and team to meet collective goals and compete for performance bonuses.
• Receive coaching, scripts, and ongoing support to improve closing rates.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.
• Resilience, target‑driven mindset and willingness to learn.
• Reliability, strong work ethic and responsiveness.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and meeting activity metrics.
