About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to deliver a white‑glove relocation experience for employees moving worldwide. Based remotely in Singapore and working night‑shift hours to support US time zones, you will help professionals feel at home wherever they land.

Key responsibilities

• Research and recommend housing options that match client preferences, budgets and corporate policies.
• Manage the full booking cycle from property selection to confirmation and hand‑over.
• Serve as the primary point of contact before and during the stay, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Participate in a weekly emergency‑helpline rotation to provide support outside regular hours.
• Prepare personalized quotes and communicate clearly with clients.
• Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with trusted housing providers, upholding quality, ethics and sustainability standards.
