Crew Operations Specialist (Singapore)

About the role

The Crew Operations Specialist supports the daily movement and onboarding of Disney Cruise Line crew members for the Disney Adventure based in Singapore. Working from the Singapore office, you will act as the central liaison between port agents, terminal operations, crew travel, training teams and internal procurement partners to ensure smooth crew arrivals and transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the end‑to‑end crew arrival process, including travel logistics, customs clearance and on‑site onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with port agents, terminal operators and travel partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide on‑call emergency coverage for crew movement across the region.
• Support the implementation of DCL’s training strategy and schedule crew training sessions.
• Manage special crew activations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between regional procurement allies and internal DCL teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in crew or personnel logistics, travel coordination or similar operational roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet crew schedules.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
