Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse activities, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods, including temperature‑sensitive and hazardous items. The role supports continuous improvement, compliance, and technology adoption within the warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, and arrangement of warehouse cargo and items.
• Execute cross‑docking, shipment consolidation, and trans‑loading operations.
• Maintain warehouse security and adhere to security procedures.
• Apply 5S techniques to keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Handle dangerous goods and time‑temperature‑sensitive cargo following proper methods.
• Conduct container stuffing and unstuffing activities.
• Report warehousing issues promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with risk assessments, incident management, and compliance reporting.
• Utilise SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other technology tools to improve operations.
• Perform safety and health (WSH) activities, including risk assessments and incident reporting.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move packages.
• Good team player, able to work independently.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
