Customer Contact Communications Associate

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Contact Communications Associate to support advertisers and internal sales teams by troubleshooting advertising issues, distinguishing bugs from product confusion, and ensuring a high‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of a complex product group.
• Investigate, prioritize, and resolve advertising issues, escalating to specialists when needed.
• Own tasks end‑to‑end until they are handed off to a specialist.
• Identify product confusion versus bugs and advise sales teams on solutions.
• Communicate issue resolution, workarounds, and product clarifications to sales teams.
• Partner with product support specialists to determine solutions for advertising bugs.
• Mentor team members and own specific product support areas.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of customer service or call‑centre experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly assess, analyze, and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work shifting schedules, including rotating weekend shifts.
