Customer Engagement Executive (2-year contract)

About the role

The Customer Engagement Executive will be the primary point of contact for students and partners of the Temasek SkillsFuture Academy. This two‑year contract role involves handling enquiries, supporting events and ensuring a smooth, customer‑ready environment across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, acknowledging within three working days and coordinating with Programme Management and Business Development teams.
• Assist customers and students with product and service queries via email, phone, and walk‑ins.
• Follow up on leads for programmes and courses, track responses and close the loop with customers.
• Resolve concerns and complaints, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Support operations at the TSA One‑Stop Centre to maintain a customer‑ready environment.
• Provide administrative and logistics support for events such as graduation ceremonies, course orientations, partner appreciation events and the SkillsFuture Festival.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing or engagement role.
• Service‑quality mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Meticulous, systematic and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with high initiative and resourcefulness.
• Proficient time‑management and prioritisation skills.
