Customer Excitement Intern

About the role

Join the Customer Excitement team at Mercedes‑Benz Singapore and help shape memorable experiences for luxury automotive customers. This internship blends brand communications, data‑driven insights, and creative storytelling to support the evolution of a world‑renowned brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand, PR, retail and B2B marketing campaigns, including event logistics, brainstorming, research and analysis.
• Support media relations, content creation, dissemination and coordination with vendors or agencies.
• Manage internal content updates such as social intranet posts, communication calendars and sustainability initiatives.
• Help define and implement SEM strategies, track KPIs across digital touchpoints and produce competitor analyses.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and retention programmes by reviewing feedback and drafting action plans.
• Maintain a repository of potential co‑branding opportunities and liaise with prospective strategic partners.
