Customer Experience Associate

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and service‑oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our retail team across Singapore. In this role you will help customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience by understanding their needs, recommending suitable eyewear, and delivering top‑notch service.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate eyewear frames and sunglasses based on customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping journey.
• Cross‑sell and upsell relevant products to meet sales targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and options.
• Communicate promotions, discounts, and offers clearly.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the retail outlet.
• Assist with general store operations and daily activities.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products.
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Open to candidates without prior optical retail experience (training provided).
