About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Events Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to event planning, roadshow execution and direct customer engagement across the island.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers during events and roadshows to create positive brand experiences.
  • Support the planning, setup and logistics of events, roadshows and face‑to‑face campaigns.
  • Represent client brands and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer interactions.
  • Learn and apply basic sales and marketing techniques on the job.

Required profile

  • Energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
  • Fresh or entry‑level candidates with no prior experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people‑focused environments.
