About the role

Join Aureus Academy, Singapore’s leading music school, as a Customer Experience Executive. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring clear communication, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction while supporting the centre’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service by handling inquiries, booking trial lessons, resolving issues, and fostering positive interactions.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining performance standards.
• Communicate proactively with management and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment with company values.
• Support the centre team and leadership in achieving growth targets and reducing student turnover.
• Respond to email, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries within defined Service‑Level Agreements.
• Assist internal stakeholders, including teachers, and ensure smooth opening, operating, and closing procedures for the centre.
