About the role
We are seeking a passionate and professional Customer Relations Officer to join our Retail Operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling betting product sales, and processing prize claims while maintaining confidentiality and branch orderliness.
Key responsibilities
- Perform counter sales duties for betting products.
- Process prize claims for winning tickets with accuracy.
- Provide Singapore Pools account top‑up and withdrawal services.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Attend to customer queries and ensure high‑quality service.
- Assist the supervisor in keeping the branch clean and queues orderly.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary education.
- Experience in customer service, cashiering and cash handling.
- Background in retail or food & beverage service.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations.
Required skills
- PC literacy.
