About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join BW Motorsports in Singapore. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Process orders, modifications, applications, and related requests accurately.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with colleagues and provide feedback on service efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior customer service representatives.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency.
