About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team across Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and professional support while handling inquiries, orders, and complaints.

Key responsibilities

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Provide information about products and services.
Process customer orders and payments.
Update and maintain customer accounts.
Resolve service issues and refer customers to other departments when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required profile

Relevant experience in a customer service or related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, can‑do attitude.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills.
