Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will coordinate administrative activities related to spare‑parts ordering for Makino's global operations. You will support internal teams across ASEAN, the US, EU and other markets, ensuring parts are sourced, quoted and shipped efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track parts orders, liaising with vendors and Makino SCM to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Collaborate with internal engineers to verify part numbers, drawings and technical specifications.
• Achieve sales targets for SPC parts and manage quotations, pricing, purchasing and shipment reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, safety stock levels and ISO‑compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments, shipments and PGI processes.
• Mentor junior service coordinators and contribute to a knowledge‑sharing environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in data entry, order processing or similar administrative roles.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures and the ability to interpret technical drawings is an advantage.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
