Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our island‑wide service team. You will be responsible for shaping the customer experience, driving loyalty initiatives, and ensuring high satisfaction levels across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the customer service department.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Set customer satisfaction targets and coordinate the team to achieve them consistently.
• Design and manage an effective customer loyalty program.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and communications.
• Analyse service statistics and produce detailed performance reports.
• Recruit, hire, and train new customer service agents.
• Manage the department’s approved budget.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer service software.
